About Us

 After spending many years travelling and working in hospitality and tourism around the world, my goal became enabling some of those experiences to people who may not have the same opportunities - where travelling, enjoying life, and living well can be made more difficult by physical or social barriers.

I’m all about exploring, trying new things, building friendships, and living a good life!

 

After working and training with some large organisations, I realised my talent for connecting with people - being their calm when needed, thinking outside the box, and forming genuine, lasting relationships with those I supported.

​

Working in the disability sector since 2000, I wanted to truly make a difference in people’s lives, not just help them fill their days. I also wanted to work with a team who shared the same values and morals, and who genuinely cared about what they do.

 

That’s when I decided to branch out and start my own company, so I could create a path that I would want my own loved ones to be taking.

Always smiling, I love to make our clients smile too!

Originally from Melbourne, I spent 12 years back-packing around the world with my partner. This period was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Living amongst different cultures, often with limited comforts and constant change, taught me deep empathy, patience, and appreciation for all kinds of people and abilities.

​

I'm a busy mum of 2 - one of which has severe Cerebral Palsy, therefore creating Footprints Connections was extremely close to my heart. 

 

Kylie and I have developed a space with opportunities that I know my son would be well supported in. I want all our guests, and their families to feel comfortable in the fun and safe environment we've created, whilst being treated with the compassion and respect they truly deserve.
